Normal seasonal tours are operational from April 1- October 31. Some museums are available only in the months of July, August, and September. 

The base price is reflective of a full van capacity. For less occupants, the incurred prices will be deducted from the base resulting in a lesser rate. Unless otherwise stated. There are no “individual” prices as a result.

Confederation and the immigrant dream

A historical tour which takes you to Maison sir Étienne-Paschal-Taché National Historic Site before heading to the cruise ship to take you to the Grosse Île and the Irish Memorial National Historic Site. Here you will learn the plight of thousands of immigrants who arrived on the shores of Canada.

A driving tour which takes you south into the Appalachian Mountains.  Here you will visit scenic waterways, parks, a covered bridge with the highlight being a visit to The Wolf Sanctuary LUPO. The wolves will captivate your hearts and imagination.  Come join the pack!

4-6 hours

Route des Navigateurs

This tour is a “hodgepodge” of scenic and historical sites mixed with stops at museums, local merchants and local food, wine, and cider producers.  It is a literal Sunday drive taking in the delights of the area.  You dictate which stops you want and duration.  Everything is an option as we cruise along.  You never know what you will find. Many of these sites are available on the Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches website.

The Battles for Quebec

This historical tour can commence either in Levis or in Quebec City.  It is partially a walking and a driving tour.  Visit locations of the numerous battles for the control of this part of the new world.  French, British, First Nations, American Colonists all fought over this little patch of land. A visit to the Musée des plaines d’Abraham is an important stop along the way.

A driving tour with stops at the local bird sanctuaries and waterfowl haunts (when in season).  The local communities have created a “birders” paradise for those who want to get beautiful photos of our fine feathered friends.  Bring your camera, binoculars good footwear, a jacket, and a hat. We will have a “hoot of a time”

The Scottish History of Quebec

This historical walking tour is in Vieux Quebec. This is a unique experience which relates the history of the Scots, not only in the city, but identifies the first migration patterns and how they are strongly embedded into the culture of the local area and of Canada.  A visit to the Morrin Centre helps emphasise the important contributions that the Scots have made and continue to make although many now only speak French.

This custom-made tour is based on your interests and wishes.  It can also be designed, based on your family history.  For planning this type of tour, we need to have sufficient time to research or confirm family trees and design a tour for you to visit the places where your ancestors lived, loved, and laughed.  Let us walk their footsteps together.

If you wish to simply wish to take photographs of scenic locations, Historic sites, and need somebody to show you around, we can take you to many places off the beaten path or not.  Sometimes it is just seeing things from a different angle.

Hop On – Hop Off

We offer a hop on – hop off service for our tour guide to jump on your bus and give you a tour of the local area.    This may include stops at your discretion and timetable.    All custom made for your interests.  Let us guide you in your journey. We are not a bus, taxi, or Uber service.  We are only allowed to transport passengers so the tour guide can guide you along your journey.

The Full Deal

If you are looking to explore the area in an affordable leisurely manner, then we offer two full deal packages.  One is a 3-day composite package, and another is a 5–7-day package.  If you arrive by Train, Plane, Bus, Ship or Automobile then we can pick you up to start your journey as soon as you arrive.  You pick which tours best match your visit, and we will help make it a memorable event.

Mount-Hermon Cemetery (Quebec City)

Because of our unique partnership and knowledge of the local history, we are offering group tours in the English language to pre-planned visitors The Mount-Hermon cemetery. The cemetery is one of the oldest rural garden cemeteries in Canada. Visit the beautiful park like setting filled with weathered monuments and learn the story of long forgotten people, but some names will make you say “Aha.”  Our guide portrays, George Okill Stuart who served as the first cemetery president.

  • Transport in a 9-passenger van (If you need to get to Quebec City)

  • Sorry, this is only offered in English at the present time.

Maison sir Étienne-Paschal-Taché National Historic Site (Montmagny)

Because of our unique partnership and knowledge of the local history, we are offering group tours in the English language for pre-planned visitors to the home of Sir Étienne-Paschal-Taché, Medical Doctor, Prime Minister of Lower Canada, and a Father of Confederation.  The tour includes a short walk through Vieux Montmagny to hear the stories of some of the other old houses which remain in town.  Our guide portrays Albert Bender, Lawyer, and son in law to Sir Taché.

La Seigneurie des Aulnaies (St-Roch-des-Aulnaies)

Because of our unique partnership and knowledge of the local history, we are offering group tours in the English language to pre-planned visitors to Le Seigneurie des Aulnaies.  This is a working water-powered flour mill, and Victorian era Manor House. The Seigneurial home of Paschal-Amable Dionne. Our guide portrays Edward Ennis, the Irish born engineer who built the stone mill in 1842.
